Armistice Day remembers the people and the groups that gave up their lives

during WW1. Germany, the ones who had to pay heavy retributions for the actions,
finished their last payment of the treaty of Verasilles in September, and although
they do honor the day as a national holiday, there is no special ceremonies held by
the government. The UN, similarly to Germany was busy at work, working on a new
tax bill. Other contries, like France for example, honored different groups of people.
