ProjectGoPink Endorses Phyllis Henderson for

Special Election on December 14, 2010
ProjectGoPink is proud to endorse Phyllis Henderson, a local community leader and lifelong Republican who
won the November 2nd primary runoff for House District 21, the seat which became vacant by the unexpected
death of Rep. Bill Wylie.

ProjectGoPink endorses Mrs. Henderson because she is ready to fight to make government more accountable
and transparent. Henderson's platform is simple: She'll work to bring common sense accountability and
efficiency to government; she'll work to streamline the over 165 state boards and agencies; and she'll work for
comprehensive tax reform with a Constitutional cap on the amount politicians can increase spending each year.

Suzie Terrell, ProjectGoPink’s founder and leader and also a former statewide elected official from Louisiana
said “this is exactly the kind of legislator we need in office – someone who understands the problems that face
our nation is willing to fight to find the most effective and efficient solutions to bloated bureaucracy. We are
thrilled to add another Republican legislator to the newly elected Republican wave across the country.”

In addition, Terrell said “Phyllis is the most qualified candidate in this race with a Master's Degree in Public
Management from Indiana University and a career that includes, Management Analyst for the City of
Greenville, President of the PTA at Eastside High School, Greenville County Council and most recently was a
Field Operation Supervisor with the U.S. Census Bureau. I hope that the people in District 21 will join us in
supporting this very worthwhile candidate.

ProjectGoPink is a national organization that seeks to motivate, mentor, and mobilize women across the country
in an effort to help more Republican women seek federal, state and local office. ProjectGoPink educates
women about how the Republican Party’s values and policies provide the most effective solutions to the
challenges that confront our nation. ProjectGoPink serves as a national hub to recruit, train, network and
promote women as they work to achieve their public service goals.
