Starwood Hotels would like to select a few FOSTIIMA Students for Management Trainee position in
the organization.

Information about the position and the process are:

Designation : Management Trainee

Job Profile: Marketing & Sales / HR / IT

Competency and skills desired: Bright MBA Students (smart personality with a positive attitude) with
good communication skills, knowledge of management concepts and the ability to verbalize them.
Only Students with Engineering Background shall be considered for positions in IT.

Compensation: CTC3.50 lacs /annum during probation and after probation6 lacs / annum (approx –
depending on the property / location they are selected for).

Selection Process: Starwood Hotels would short-list the Students who would have to appear at an
Aptitude Test. Only the Students who perform well in the Aptitude Test shall be interviewed for final
selection.
