Job Description :

To Co-ordinate daily execution by various contractors

To ensure adherence to design and quality specifications

Provide technical assistance to contractors, as and when required; for example:

Task scheduling, Execution work steps/ methods, Interpretation of drawings/ designs,

To determine requirements and order/ requisition material (cement and steel) at site

Undertake joint measurements, along with contractor, to facilitate preparation of bills

Other Skills
Excellent English communication skills (verbal/ written)

Technical Skill
MS Office/ Projects/Primavera (Expertise in Ms Excel/ Access/ SQL/Power Point)
