My company is selecting only three institutes from every city, for which a team of 80 professionals is
working pan India.

This proposal is for the students of First year, Second year and Third year.

Our Company proposes to undertake the following activities in phases:

For First Year:

• Online English Grammar –

An online study material will be provided to improve the English grammar of the students.
Online tests will be conducted every week, questions will be from the material provided.

• Domain Tests –
Online tests will be conducted every week; questions will be from their curriculum.

For Second Year:

• Online English Vocabulary-

An online study material will be provided to improve the English vocabulary of the students.
Online tests will be conducted every week, questions will be from the material provided.

For Third Year and Final Year:

• Online Preparation for placement in companies and admission in B-schools-

1. Students will be prepared for MBA (CAT, MAT, XAT, CET etc) exams through our online
study material.

2. A series of tests will be conducted for these exams as well as to groom students for their
placements and other competitive exams.

3. The tests will include verbal ability, quants, data interpretation logical reasoning etc.

4. Soft skill classes will be taken by the professionals from the final year onwards for which
they will be coming to the institute every week.

About Job Readiness Report

This report is also known as Employability Report. Employability Skills are not job specific, but are
skills which cut horizontally across all industries and vertically across all jobs from entry level to chief
executive officer. Employability skills are the attributes of employees, other than technical
competence, that make them an asset to the employer. This report which is based out of the 16 PF
test, measures the Employability Skills/Competencies that are essential for an individual when
he/she makes the transition from college life to corporate.

The report will consist of Competencies for Employability & individual Fitment Scores
