 Touch the screen of Polycom.

 Click Classroom operation.

 You can have the preview of Data and Video sources by clicking on source .Make sure they are
on.

SOURCES

 Select a display device from “DISPLAY DEVICES” window. Then select a source to be displayed,
from “DATA AND VIDEO SOURCES”. You should see selected source on selected display device

 You can control the volume of Monitors and Main speaker by using “VOLUME CONTROL”
window. Select the device and use up and down arrow for leveling volume

 For Muting the a projector, Select the projector in “Display Devices” and click on the “PROJ PIC
MUTE OFF” window which you will at right bottom corner

 Finally when you are done click on system off button shown in above picture.
