Recipe: Bacon Omelet

On Sunday October 10 for breakfast I cooked the bacon omelet from Jamie’s

Home Cooking Skills recipes. The equipment I used for this recipe are a mixing

bowl, a fork, a frying pan, a spatula and a plate. The ingredients I needed for this

recipe are 2-3 eggs, sea salt, freshly ground pepper, 2 rashers  smoked back bacon

or streaky bacon, olive oil and a small handful of grated Cheddar cheese.

First I cracked the eggs into the mixing bowl and added a pinch or pepper

and salt. Then I mixed or beat the eggs with the fork. Afterwards I thinly sliced the

bacon and fried it in the pan with a drizzle of olive oil on high heat. When the

bacon turned brown and crispy I put the heat on medium and added the eggs in. I

made the sure the eggs were spread out evenly in the pan and let it cook. When

the omelet was kind of firm I sprinkled the cheddar cheese on top. Using a spatula

I folded the omelet in half and waited for it to cook. Once it turned brown I

turned off the heat and put it on a plate.
