Subject: Issuance of free Confirm Domestic Ticket to Hellenic Imperial Airways Staff

1. M/S Hellenic Imperial Airways is one of most regular third party customer, with its B747-200
Fleet under maintenance agreement with PIA Engineering. The volume of Business with the
customer has approached $ 4.0 M in three years and in future we will be handling repair of
customer aircraft and Engines.

2. As per maintenance support agreement between PIA and HIA Article 24.3 (Copy Attached)
HIA staff is entitled for (03) Domestic and (01) International Passages in a calendar year. The
copy of the approval minute along with agreement is attached with this letter.

3. The customer has requested for domestic passage (Copy Attached) in respect of following
staff of HIA.
a. Mr. Babar Saleem
b. Avionics Engineer ID AV-ENG 00004

4. It is requested that a Domestic Free ticket as per agreement may please be issued to HIA
staff for ISB-KHI-ISB sector.

5. Your cooperation in this regard will be highly appreciated.
