• Basic conditions for Spreader unlocking (Electrical).

1. Check connections at spreader panel terminal X1 ( Remove , reinsert & tighten terminal 16 & 15 at main JB - X1 )

2. Landed in all corners, Q 0.3 should be high if not check

Led indication at corners:
Blue green : ASI -Slave 1 Input 3
Blue red : ASI -Slave 2 Input 3
Yellow green : ASI -Slave 6 Input 3
Yellow red : ASI Slave 7 Input 3

3. When Unlock command is given by operator

Unlock Command Relay K9 should be On & Input I 1.0 high ( glowing )at PLC CPU 226
Lock Command K8 should be off & Input I 0.7 led low

4. Spreader should not be telescoping

Slave 4 output 1 should be low (led off)
Slave 4 output 2 should be low (led off)

5.All sides unlocked signal , Check

a. Slave 1 Input 2 led should be high
b. Slave 2 input 2 led should be high
c. Slave 6 Input 2 led should be high
d. Slave 7 Input 2 led should be high

6. All Twin housing should be up ( Slave 12 Input 3 & 4 , Slave 13 Input 3 & 4 led should be high)
