Report of the Election officer for the Reconstitution of the Managing

Committee, 2011 of Indumati Girl’s High School:-

Election for the Reconsitution of the Managing Committee of Indumati Girl’s High School,
Bagbazar, Chandannagar, held on 19.12.2010 at 9-00 A.M.

Letter of Intimation with Progreamme in 3 (M.C.) were issued to 249 gurdians of the
students of the school on 30.11.2010. Under certificate of posting.

Selection of Election officer and the approval of the Programme for holding Election of
members of the Committee were approved in the Managing Committee Meeting held on
01.10.2010.

Provisional Voter’s List and Final Voter’s List of the School for the Reconstitution of the
Managing Committee meeting dated 03.11.2010 and 29.11.2010 respectively were placed before
me. They are duly published as per programmes of Election after being approved by the
Managing Committee of the School.

All the meetings were properly held with Notices to the existing members of the
Managing Committee under Regd. Post with acknowledgement.

At present as there is no provision for Founder Category or Donner Category in the

Voters’ List of the School, only the following Categories are existing :-

1) Gurdian Category
2) Teaching and Non- Teaching Staff Category.
3) P.I.E. category
4) Departmental Nominee
5) Ex- officio Head- mistress.

Nomination papers as per specimen of Form 2 (M.C.) were duly issued,

received,Scrutinized and found correct by the Head of the Institution as per programme.

 In the Category of Gurdians, the following candidates submitted their Nomination
papers:-

1) Gouri Kedar Das – Voter No -234

2) Md. Samid- Voter No-182
3) Nandini Goswami- Voter No-096
4) Samima Begam- Voter No-119
5) Sk.Najir Hossain- Voter No-204
6) Sk. Yakub Box- Voter No-246

There being no contest in the Gurdian Category, Six Gurdians (4 men, 2 women) are
elected uncontested.
Election of Teachers and Non- teaching Staff representatives were duly held by
the Head- mistress of the School on 30.09.2010. The following three Teachers and one
Non-teaching Staff were elected uncontested in this category:-

1) Smt. Priongbada Pandey - Voter No. 09

2) Smt. Srimayi Bhowmick - Voter No-03
3) Smt. Sikha Dutta - Voter No -02
4) Sri Naresh Chandra Das - Voter No-16 (Non-teaching Staff)

All the papers in connection with election were placed before me and found them
correct.
