do here by declare that

I have voluntarily made a gifts of Rs 10,00,000/= ( Ten Lakhs Only) to my

Grand Daughter Miss Anjali D/o Ramchand Parwani, residing at L Block, 302, 4 Th
Floor, Shilalekh, Shahibaug, Ahmedabad 380004 out of love and affection
towards her. I am assessed to Income tax at ward 2(1), Ahmedabad, and my PA
No is AAWPP0860B.
 That I have accordingly remitted the said amount of Rs 10,00,000/= ( Ten
Lakhs Only ) by Cheques as listed below drawn on Bank of Baroda, Usmanpura
Branch, and have given the same to the Donnie.
