Driver Responsibilities

1. Operates assigned vehicle in a safe and courteous manner;

2. Maintains protective driving;

3. Reads and understand maps, driving directions and road sign to

plan the most efficient route service.

4. Keeps the assigned vehicle clean inside and outside;

5. Maintains accurate, up-to-date records on trip sheets, vehicle

maintenance, fuel purchases, incident reports, accident reports,
vehicle condition reports that are requested from management;

6. Performs minor maintenance tasks on assigned vehicle(s) as

required;

7. Responds immediately to accident or medical emergencies by

notifying emergency response providers, and rendering First Aid
until emergency personnel arrive;

8. Hardworking with a sense of punctuality

9. Must keep driking water bottle stock inside the car for the
customers and seniors staffs.

10. Non-driving period, you will assist in packing goods, loading

and unloading Mobile phone should be available during working
hours.

11. Should dress up clean and neat.

12. Any penalty occurred because of not following the rules and
regulations the fined amount should be beard by the driver.

13. A short journey undertaken in order to deliver or collect,

picking of documents, samples etc
