Objective:
This Standard Operating Procedure sets Ramada Resort Camakila policy
about the working hours for staff BOH (Back Of House), to maintain the
working hours and energy effectively.
Concerns:
1. Based on the article 77 (2) Act of the Republic of Indonesia No.13
year 2003 concerning Manpower, the Working Hours of the Company
shall be :
Seven (7) hours a day and forty (40) hours weekly in a work week
consisting of six (6) days and a break of one (1) hour after having
worked at least four (4) hours. The break shall not be considered as
working hours.
2. Eight (8) hours a day and forty (40) hours weekly in a work week
consisting of five (5) days and a break of one (1) hour after having
worked at least four (4) hours. The break shall not be considered as
working hours.
Related to the second point of concerns, we would inform that all the Back
Of House staff (Sales & Marketing, Human Resources and Finance) will work
effectively with six (6) days in a week, with the total forty eight (48) hours
per weekly.
Working Time:
a) The working days would be on Monday till Friday: 9am 5pm,
Saturday 9am 2pm and day off on Sunday.
b) Working hours will start from 9:00 AM in the morning until 5:00 PM in
the afternoon; include one (1) hour break time after four (4) hours
working.
c) Shall we need person in charge on Sunday, the Department Head will
choose one person to work on weekend and replace the day off on
the week days.
