Send to Human Resource Department
• Meanwhile HOD will dispatch the hardcopy of signed &
accepted original resignation letter to HR Department.
• As soon HR get the intimation, HR will only authorize
to submit the resign entries in system for initiating the
process officially.

After resigned officially entered in system by HR.
Following emails should be sent to resigned employee
• Exit interview link
As employee filled the exit interview form it will be accessible by HR only.
• Check your blank attendance and apply leave if any.
A link of job handing /taking over form should be send through email to HOD of
resigned employee which has to be initiated on the last working day of resigned
employee.
On last working day reminder email of job handing/taking over form link popup
to HOD. After clearance from HOD it will send to Admin department then IT
department and finally HR.

After clearance following documents link send to Finance & Accounts
department
• Original resignation letter scan link
• Exit interview link (with HR comments)
• Clearance link
• Notice period attendance (it should be generated on last working day)
Finance & accounts will make the settlement with all the deductions (if any).
Link send to HR for checking after checking from HR it will again send to F&A
for approving & issuing cheques
