Offboarding Checklist Form

Disable employee's access to company systems, networks, email, and


other softwareor tools.
Revoke employee's access to physical office space, including key cards
andpasswords.
Transfer any relevant accounts or access to other team members as
necessary.

Employee Exit Interviews:

Conduct an exit interview with the departing employee to gather


feedback and insights about their experience with the company.
Provide an opportunity for the employee to ask any questions or express
concerns.
Document the feedback received for future reference and improvement.

Benefits and Payroll:

Review and finalize any pending benefits, such as health insurance,


retirement plans, or other employee benefits.
Provide the employee with information about COBRA, unemployment
benefits, or other relevant resources.
Process final payroll, including any outstanding payments or
reimbursements.

Assign or reassign the employee's workload to other team members,
