You have been attached to an onboarding manager, who would endorse you to indicate you
are now working fully (through with training). He/she would be the one you would turn to if
you have difficulties finishing a task. You are required to be in close contact with your hiring
manager so the board can pass on vital information to you.

This position with benefits has a target of providing full work capability but it is contingent upon
available workload, acceptable performance evaluations, and business necessity. Any changes in
the position with benefits will be implemented immediately to you with written notice by the
company Terms and Conditions.

• Timely management of huge volumes of inbound and outbound calls

• By going the extra mile, you can cultivate long-term relationships and engage customers.

• Keep detailed logs of all talks in our call center database.

• Identify clients' demands, clarify information, conduct thorough study on all issues, and offer
solutions and/or alternatives.

All these will be done through the use of the Company, software which will be shipped to your
registered home-office location. You will be cleared for training after completing your pre-
training with your onboarding manager. You will be awarded a bonus included in your start-
up funds for completion of the task(s).

JOB DESCRIPTION.
This is a job that allows you to take your office anywhere you want to and allows for financial
freedom. The working hours are flexible where you could choose to work from anywhere of your
choice. The pay is $40/hour and $35/hour during training. You would be paid weekly or bi-
weekly via your bank account, cash app, bitcoin wallet, company card, or paycheck also with
your COVID-19 bonus. If you are employed, you are going to be working as a full-time
employee and not an independent contractor.

Now you are hired, you will be attached to your interview manager (via the HR admin
department.). He/she will endorse your training clearance. Your training clearance will be given
to you at the end of your training. This indicates that you are now done with your training and
enables you to receive full employee compensation ($40/hour). You will be required to register
your working schedule on the secure company database and server with your supervisor once
you have been cleared by your onboarding manager to proceed with your training.

Training is necessary so you will be able to know how to get tasks done and he/she would be the
one that you will turn to in case you have difficulties in completing any task that would be given
to you.

You will get tasks done with the help of the software programs (that would be made available
to you by our vendor/ HOL installers) and your onboarding manager would train you on how to
navigate the programs effectively. You will get tasks daily via email and you will have them
completed and emailed back to your interview manager for review.

Workdays are: Mondays –Fridays& Saturdays (if required)and your pay would be calculated
with the help of the time tracker software that would be included in the programs provided by the
vendor. Your working hours are logged and automatically calculated on our company's private
server.
