Guide to Fundraise for National Delegation for participation in Policy track of WLC
2011

This guide is meant for official Sister Organisations of WLC 2011 only.

1. Fund Raising through sales of WLC 2011 Tickets

As a Official Sister organization, 30% of the sales of the tickets will go to primarily to fund the
delegation from your organisation. These ticket sales need to be facilitated by your organisation.
Hence, please ensure that the conference participants that you approached name your organisation
when they register for WLC conference.

2. Public Donation

We will work with you to create an online donation site which you should get private donor to donate
through the website. We will assist to circulate this on the WLC 2011 main website and circulate
through our corporate partners, volunteers and individual donors to encourage them to fund your
delegation.

3. Applying for online grants

At this moment, the WLC 2011 committee is looking out for donors from individuals, governments and
corporate organisations that are willing to have small grants to support delegations.
Alternatively, your own country's government or youth council may have options or grants application
for you to apply partial funding to attend this conference. 

We would be able to send in a letter of recommendation to your government if needed to confirm your
pivotal role as a national focal point for WLC 2011
