UDTTMR and Ovidius University Constanta launched the book "Din istoria tătarilor" ("From the history of Tatars") coordinated by Professor of History Marian Cojoc at Ovidius University. Students working under the supervision of professor Marian Cojoc also presented some of their works. Someone claimed that the Mongol Empire was bordered by the Romanian Voivodeships suggesting that Romanians stopped Mongol incursion in Europe, an earlier sentence of the Romanian nationalists. Asked when they were founded the voivodeships on current romanian territory prof. Marian Cojoc was unable to answer this elementary question. He could not produce more than a cheap irony about the education of the person asking the question. Is prof. Marian Cojoc an incompetent? Is prof. Marian Cojoc a forger? Is prof. Marian Cojoc an ignorant? Is prof. Marian Cojoc a thief? Four years after EU accession Romania still does not follow game rules and resurgent Romanian nationalism exacerbates in the academic media. The leaders of UDTTMR and prof. Marian Cojoc not only they are changing destination of the funds but they are using the funds for the Tatar history to undermine their history with the only aim of quick assimilation. Are the leaders of UDTTMR Varol Amet and Aledin Amet engaged in this embezzlement of funds destinated to the history of Tatars?
