There are many ways to improve your English . One of the ways is to
try to listen to talk shows . This will help you to get acquainted with
British idioms and slang . Besides , there are some interesting and
informative shows worth listening . These talk shows can help you to
improve your pronunciation too .

You can also begin reading magazines and publications that use
simple words such as the Reader’s Digest . Later , you can read
newsmagazines such as Time and Newsweek . These two magazines
are challenging for an English learner . Both magazines use a higher
level of English language and are sometimes hard to understand .
However , reading them would give you information about the world
and knowledge on current issues . They also help you improve your
spelling ! When you read , try to read aloud .so that you can listen to
your pronunciation .

Another tip is that if you come across an unknown word , do not

hesitate to look it up in the dictionary . Then , try to make a
connection in your mind by associating it with a similar word .

Finally , you must try to interact with people that speak good English .
Don’t look for a person that might help you in your own language .
Push yourself to speak English and do not worry about making
mistakes .
