I am such an idiot!!!

I’ll say it again: I AM AN IDIOT!!!

When I started this, I asked around about what we, as a family, would like to do in Ireland for the family
reunion. My plan was to have a short, escorted tour of Ireland, with a party, after which we would all go
our separate ways, either visit with other family, see more Irish sights, do more traveling, or simply go
home. Many people told me what they’d like to see and do, and in my zeal to put something in it for
everybody, I made it too big for anybody. I didn’t notice it getting bigger, but then the party was
separated out, adding up to two days and additional cost, and we added Dromoland Castle, which again
went from one to two days… Before you knew it, the trip’s price and length got out of control. I can’t
even afford it, now.

So I went back to the drawing board. I contacted Steve at IrishTourism.com, and together, we cut a lot
of fat and expense from the trip. We came up with a four night version of the “Taste of Ireland”
escorted tour for between $800 and $900 American, depending on how many sign up. The tour hits all
the major attractions, such as Rock of Cashel, Blarney Castle, Ring of Kerry, Cliffs of Moher, etc. And it
starts and ends in Dublin. But it is just four days, and less (much less) than half the cost.

So, if anybody plans to be in Ireland the week after the party, and would like to spend a few more days
with the family touring around, check out the NEW itinerary (posted on the Group page), and follow this
link < http://www.facebook.com/l.php?u=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.irishtourism.com%2Fdetails_form.aspx&h=fc7a4 > to make your
reservations.

Once again, my apologies for not maintaining sanity while planning this trip.

Chris

PS: Remember, the party and the trip are separate entities, so when you follow the link, you should let
Steve know which one you are signing up for. Check the “info” tab on the Group Page in FaceBook for
specific instructions. You can call Steve at the toll free numbers listed on www.irishtourism.com
