The Governor is pleased to make the following amendments in the Rajasthan State Pensioners Medical Concession Scheme, 2009 namely. In the sald Scheme- Below existing entry at S.No. 2 of para 7(1), the following new entries at S.No. 3.4 and 6 and proviso shall be inserted as under :- ‘S\No. | Category of Pensioner / Family ‘Amount in Rupees Pensioner ‘Annual Fee /| One time fee Renew: for whole life 3, | Family Pensioners whose Government | Rs. 125/- Rs. 1,250 servants were in receipt of pay in pay scale / grade pay No. 1 to 6 at the time of retirement / death, 4. |Famiy Pensioners whose Government | Rs. 3507 Rs. 3.5007 servants were in receipt of pay in pay scale / grade pay No. 7 and above at the time of retirement / death, 5, | Pensioners / Family Pensioners residing | RS. 100/- Rs. 10007, in remote places and are getting fixed medical allowance @ 100/- p.m. Provided that those pensioners / family pensioners who have already deposited one time payment for whole life for medical diary need not be required to deposit renewal fee.
