This is for making 16 idli's...

One and a half glass boiled rice + half glass kaccha rice... Put it on water fo
r 5-6 hrs...Half glass Urad ki Dal and 1/4 tsp sukhi methi...Also put them
in water...Grind them well first Urad ki dal,then rice...Put salt and keep them
for 7-8 hrs..Then the dough has been prepared...Yeast would give an artificial t
aste..so try to avoid it...I'll call you if you have doubts...
