CARMÉNÈRE

The grapes were handpicked from Rapel Valley, great


terroir for Carmenère. The bunches were crushed and cold
macerated for 15 days at 3ºC to obtain colour and
fruitiness. Alcoholic fermentation was made in stainless
steel tanks between 26-28ºC. Malolactic fermentation
occurred naturally in stainless steel tanks. 30% of the wine
was aged in French and American oak barrels for a period
of 6 months.

This Carmenere has a deep ruby colour with intense


aromas of jammy ripe blackberries, tastes pie cherry
flavours, rhubarb, soft chocolate and a touch of vanilla and
peppery notes.

Total Acidity 3.19 g/l
Sugar 1.57 g/l
PH 3,79

Enjoy this wine with all kinds of cheese, pasta, poultry and
red meats.
