Probable and possible changes in our community

We captured this photograph of the

garbage at the Kholng beside NIST at
9:45am on 21st January 2011.

It shows that the people who live around

the Kholng don’t have a place to put the
rubbish. Another possible way is the
people who own this garbage might not
have a place to put garbage away so they
just dump it in the kalong.

If this continues to happen the Kholng would be full of garbage. If the people
don’t have a place to put it they should at least get a basket or anything where
you can fit stuff in and put it all over the place. Also if this continues, one day the
Kholng will be completely black and a lot of fish will die. However it is possible to
solve this problem increase garbage can or recycle containers.

We think that if there continues to be more wastes around the Khlong, this may
affect the Mother Nature and the habitat of the living things that were usually
living there before. There were fishes, birds and a mouse floating alongside the
river. This proves that they don’t have a proper place to live in.
