House No.10, L.B. Road, New Guwahati – 781 020, Kamrup, Assam, here in after called
the party of the FIRST PART;

2. Usri Ghosh, Daughter of Shri Debi Prasad Sil by caste Hindu, residing at present at 951,
Motilal Gupta Road, Barisha, Kolkata- 700008, West Bengal here in after called the
party of the SECOND PART;

3. Mridul Borborah, son of Shri Jogendra Nath Borborah, by caste Hindu, residing at
present at Bye Lane-6, Banipur, Dibrugarh, Assam here in after called the party of the
THIRD PART;
