Principle Sound Engineer
 
Recorded and mixed over 1000 sessions from VO and sound effects to large radio/TV/Film music/dialog 
sessions. Music sessions involved a live studio musician environment. Responsible for mixing and delivering 
files in a variety of formats primarily for radio or TV broadcast. Recording and preparing files for other non­
broadcast formats including Sony Playstation, MAC/PC CD­ROM titles, and proprietary toy formats.  
Intensive dialog editing and unique postproduction methods were required for each of these.

•              Addie Awards for production of Colorado Crush Arena Football TV spots
•              Many high profile spots featuring my work on radio/TV commercials as well as TV theme music

Highlights include a derivative and original sound design for the Science Fiction Experience museum in 
Seattle. My job included creating and syncing an elaborate Science Fiction sound design for a proprietary 
playback system installed in the Seattle museum. Created a derivative soundscape for the “MATRIX 
WORLD” exhibit, which was recreated for the MUSEUM. 
 
Provided dialog editing and sweetening, sound design and music tracking services for AFGHANISTAN: 
HELL OF A NATION, a long format documentary film featured on PBS and entered into the Sundance Film 
Festival. 
 
I also compiled, remixed and re­mastered music tracks for a BEST OF... CD of music created for the 
Japanese DVD animation series JOJO.  Most recently I completed a music mix for Marcos latest soundtrack 
for the documentary Self Made Man PBS fall.

CREATIVITY makes sound for toys and games. My work with Creativity involved re­mastering licensed TV 
shows like FEAR FACTOR and SESAME STREET for playback on the VIDEONOW hand held DVD player.

Present
Audio Post Production Engineer
 
Responsible for all audio post mixing of our broadcast content from viewer contributed documentary styled 
pieces, in­house produced docs to promotional material and sound design. This is a fast paced TV 
environment. I am using the most up to date Pro Tools D­Control ICON mixing board as well as state of the 
art post production audio tools from Waves. 
Since beginning at Current I have mixed over thousands individual programs and hundreds of promo spots 
for broadcast. These are doc styled pieces varying in length from 3 minutes to 30 minutes. My strengths 
here include a very quick work style enabling me to size up a job instantly while strategizing my mixing plan.  
Everything I do goes on the air usually that same day. 
 
Some of the content we receive at Current involves what I call “audio triage” work on very challenging 
location audio recorded in very noisy environments. I have become very skilled at enhancing this type of 
audio. 
 
In addition to my mixing duties I also supervise the work of our other audio editors. I have created a working 
Pro Tools template system to streamline and make consistent our workflow across our two running shifts. 
 
 
Other Skills
I am an accomplished music composer, guitarist and percussionist. I have written scores for radio and TV 
ads, performed as a session musician and toured around the US. I have studied music composition at UCLA 
and USC as well as private instruction. 
I have done voice over work on many radio and TV spots and excel at character voices.
