Introduction

Objective
 

Objective of the document is to propose the framework for Channel Sales or Agency
Channel Sales requirement for the Mindbridge Product. This document defines the structure
in which each of the stake holders are interrelated to channel management program.

The objective is to create a framework where all stakeholders can view, analyze, take
reports and to frame complete structure through which Commission payout to all Channel
partner can be made and they can also run their respective Channel and geographical
revenue reports

Intended Audience
 

In the document Channel Manager / Account manager / Territory manger are same terms
used alternately.

Product, sales, commercial and other Teams are requested to gather the requirement for
the specified product and input the requirement to prepare the common interface or tool for
channel management.
