During a motor vehicle stop, the driver, Mr. Dennis Gabriel of Kannapolis NC, was placed under arrest for an
active warrant for violation of a schedule VI offense.

110115-0246-01 Warrant Service I77 S/Gilead Rd

During a motor vehicle stop, the driver, Mr. Gerrard Goddu of Charlotte, NC, was placed under arrest for three
active warrants out of Lincoln County.

110115-0303-01 DUI 14199 Statesville Rd/Gilead Rd

Purvis McDuffie of Greensboro, NC was stopped for a red light violation and was later placed under arrest for
being under the influence of alcohol and being in possession of marijuana. Jarrod Davis of Charlotte, NC was
also placed under arrest for RDO.

110114-2052-01 Disturbance 9429 Stawell Dr

The complainant stated that her lease for the residence expires on 1/15/2011 and the landlord entered the
residence without her permission. After speaking with both parties the landlord stated that it was a mistake on
his part and will not come back until the other parties lease is up.

110114-2311-01 Disturbance 10823 Drake Hill Dr

The complainant stated that he got into a disagreement with another man that was visiting the residence over
loud music. The music was turned down and he left the residence. No assault took place.
