(Case #, Crime, Type, Location, 1-2 Sentence Summary) 110710-2243-01 Warrant 245 Commerce Centre Dr. Officers responded to a domestic disturbance and Lastacia Simelton was arrested for outstanding warrants. 110710-2359-01 Prescription Fraud 9931 Gilead Rd. (CVS) Ernest Odell Miller was arrested for attempting to pass a fraudulent prescription. OTHER INFORMATION: (Case #, Crime, Type, Location, 1-2-Sentence Summary) 110711-0326-01 Hit and Run (PD) 100 S. Church St. Vehicle ran off road to right into ditch and struck a railroad tie. Driver left scene. Vehicle possibly struck other objects enroute to this location as there was further damage to both sides of the vehicle and plant material stuck to undercarriage. A downed speed limit sign was located at Huntersville Concord Rd. and Second St. Alcohol is suspected. 110711-0354-01 Larceny 9931 Gilead Rd. (CVS) Manager observed Tracy Sue Williams conceal items in her purse and exit store without paying. Ms. Williams was issued a citation for larceny.
