(Case #, Crime, Type, Location, 1-2 Sentence Summary) 110807-1035-01 Warrant 12713 Willingdon Rd Jason Michael Robbins was arrested for drug related warrants from CMPD and resisting. 110807-1335-01 Assault 16617 Statesville Road Kevin Fratelli was arrested for assault on a female, assault on a child under 12, false imprisonment, and interfering with emergency communications. 110807-1520-01 Warrant 9100 Lacross Drive William Byrd Thompson III was arrested for a False Pretense warrant. OTHER INFORMATION: (Case #, Crime, Type, Location, 1-2-Sentence Summary) 110807-0617-01 Damage to Property 7422 Stillbrook Bend Ct. The complainant stated that she caught her boyfriend cheating on her and told him to leave. Once outside, the boyfriend proceeded to kick the front door open, damaging the casing, and left with a friend. 110807-0957-01 Death Investigation 10025 Vixen Ln The victims father located her deceased in the bath tub after she failed to go to church. The victim did have a history of medical problems. CID was notified and responded. 110807-1335-01 Assault 16617 Statesville Road Officers responded to an assault in progress at the Country Suites in room 120. The male had assaulted a young child and her mother, but was gone when officers arrived. Medic transported the child to the hospital to be checked out, and when they were finished the victims were taken to the Magistrates office for warrants. While the primary officer was at the Magistrates office, an assisting officer was able to make contact with the suspect and get him to return to HPD. When warrants were obtained he was arrested.
