1119 Randolph Street, Thomasville, NC (Hospitality Studios Hotel)

Thomasville detectives have charged three people in connection with a robbery that occurred inside a room at the Hospitality Studios on Saturday, July 27, 2013. The victim, Ronald Everette, reported two men entered his room, one brandishing a firearm, and robbed him of an undisclosed amount of money and medication. During the course of the robbery, one of the suspects struck Everette in the head with the gun multiple times. Everette was transported to Novant Health Thomasville Medical Center where he was treated and released. Phillip Westley Lones, 26, of Riverview Road, Lexington, was charged with conspiracy to commit robbery, assault with a deadly weapon inflicting serious injury, robbery with a dangerous weapon, assault by pointing a gun, and communicating threats. Lones was arrested by the Davidson Co. Sheriffs Office where he received a $100,000 secured bond. Police are currently looking for Aamir Ali Ahmed, 23, of Lillie Drive, Lexington, and Chelsea Taylor Hall, 19, of Lacy Hepler Road, Thomasville. Ahmed is charged with conspiracy to commit robbery, assault with a deadly weapon inflicting serious injury, and robbery with a dangerous weapon. Hall is charged with conspiracy to commit robbery. The victim and the suspect are acquaintances, said Det. Steve Boles. We are currently looking for Ahmed and Hall.
