The Dos and Don’ts of Tweeting

1 Don’t  Be  a  Showoff  

o Don’t tweet promotion articles or make extravagant claims
o Ask yourself if a tweet is user-friendly or brand vanity

2 Don’t  Use  Poor  Grammar  or  Spelling  

o Write words out in their entirety
o Keep emoticons to a minimum

3 Don’t  Get  Too  Personal  

o Keep your conversations warm but personal
o You are a brand ambassador of your company
