Bahan-Bahan | Ingredients

1kg daging kambing


1 sudu besar pes halia
2 sudu besar pes bawang putih
2 sudu besar mentega
4 sudu besar pes betik
1 sudu kecil serbuk cili merah
1 sudu besar pes kacang gajus
3 batang cili padi hijau
2 sudu kecil serbuk garam masala
Garam
Minyak

1 tbsp of ginger paste
2 tbsp of garlic paste
2 tbsp of butter
4 tbsp of papaya paste
1 tsp of red chilli powder
1 tbsp of cashew nut paste
3 numbers of green chilli padi
2 tsp of garam masala powder
Salt
Oil

Cara Cara | Method

Letakkan semua bahan-bahan di dalam pembancuh dan bancuh sehingga bahan-


bahan tersebut menjadi pati daging. Gumpal daging tersebut dan leperkannya
seperti begedel di telapak tangan.
Gorengkannya di atas minyak yang sederhana bahangnya. Boleh dihidangkan
dengan tairu pudina raita.

Place all the ingredients in a food processor or mincer and ground them until it
form a burger like patty paste.
Divide them into patties of 50 to 60gm.
Place one patty in between your palm and make a tight meatball. Then lightly
flatten to make a mini burger patty.
Pan fry under medium heat. Serve with yogurt mint raita
