Our above rates are offered subject to the following Terms and Conditions and as such forms
Integral part of our pricing.

1. All required raw material, power, gas , compressed air, electrodes for S.S & M.S and Paints
etc shall be supplied by M/s BHEL at free of cost.

2. Required facilities for material handling such as cranes, fork lift shall be arranged by BHEL
at free of cost.

3. All Rubber gaskets, fastners, required slings for erection shall be issued by BHEL at free of
charges.

4. Service Tax/VAT if applicable shall be paid by BHEL as an extra.
