1. Khulna Shipyard Limited will procure Spare Parts for CNC Cutting Machine (Hypertherm MAX
200) as per following specification, terms & condition:

2. a) Please send your offer CFR at Chattogram Port within 28/11/2022 (1500 Hours) by e-mail or
closed envelop.
b) Insurance will be covered by this organization.
c) Payment: Payment will be made through L/C. 80% of the total contract value will be paid
against shipping documents and rest 20% will be paid after receiving the material at KSY
and satisfactory acceptance.
d) Shipment: 20 days from the opening date of L/C.

 a) Please send your offer as a local supply items. Offer should include supply of materials at KSY
site including custom duty, local vat & tax etc.

b) Payment: 100% payment will be made after receiving the material at KSY and satisfactory
acceptance after deducting of VAT and TAX.
c) Items to be delivered within 45 days from the date of Purchase Order at KSY site.

3. 1% (one) Bid Bond/Earnest Money of the total quoted value must be submit with offer. Bid Bond
may be Pay Order / Bank Guarantee in favour of Khulna Shipyard Limited, Khulna.

4. Foreign supplier will be able to participate directly without submitting bid bond/earnest money and
PG. In that case payment will be made through L/C. 70% of the total contract value will be paid
against shipping documents and rest 30% will be paid after receiving the material at KSY and
satisfactory acceptance.

5. 10% Performance Guarantee (PG) is to be submitted before Purchase Order. This PG will release
after receiving the material and satisfactory acceptance by KSY.

6. Offer Validity: 45 Days from Tender Opening Date.

7. The price of 10 items should be mentioned together in the offer. Split items price will not be
accepted.
