TERMS AND CONDITION:

Payment : As per rate contract
Basis of Price : Prices mentioned are firm till completion of supplies & F.O.R. Destination.
Tax and Duty : GST as applicable
Quantity Variation : Any variation in quantity will need prior permission from purchase authority. We reserve the right to increase or
decrease the quantity of the ordered material at the same price & term and condition.
Delivery : Within 12.04.23
Inspection : Shall be done at the consignee’s end after receipt of the materials or our inspectors may visit your work. Jigs &
Fixtures to be used according to guideline of the company. If Jigs & fixtures are not with you, so, please arrange to
prepare the same.
Warranty : Items supplied must carry warranty against defective materials / faulty workmanship for a period of 24 months from
the date of receipt and acceptance of materials at consignee’s end.
Document : Test and Guarantee Certificate is to be provided along with the item supplied. Challan copy with proof of inspection
and Tax invoice must be provided within 7 days of supply.

L. D. : Will be imposed @ ½ % per week to a maximum of 5% of the basic price subject to force majeure clause.
