Dear Sir,
Thanking you for giving us a chance to quote for the above subject job, we have pleasure to offer our best price for the
same as under based on the following:
SCOPE OF WORK:

• Submit Shop drawing.

• Capacity to be 41 Ntr as per received drawing by main contractor.

• HVAC machine to be Mitsubishi.

• PI (phenolic) duct for AC works.

• Sound liner 0.5” covered by foster and canvas up to 3 M from indoor unit.

• Insulated Copper pipe between indoor & outdoor.

• Drain pipe (PVC) not more than 1.5 from the machine.

• Power wiring from the isolator to the AC units. The isolator shall be located not more than 1.5meters from the
AC units.

• Ventilation as tender drawing.

• Air outlet to be local made.

PRICE:
HVAC Works Carrier (without VAT): 165,000 (Dirham's: One hundred sixty five thousand dirham’s only).
EXCLUSIONS:

• Any kind of civil works related to our installation such as excavation and backfilling, cutting, chasing,
decorative and carpentry works, false ceiling, bulk heads, partitions, wooden frames, access doors, etc.

• Necessary equipment foundations, floating bases, steel supports, cork slabs, sleeves, foam filling, closing
around all sleeves, ducts and opening existing services, clearing of rubbish from site, finishing paint,
plastering or weather proofing for piping, ducting etc.

• Any kind of insulation work except for piping & ducting.

• Building Management Systems.

FACILITIES TO BE PROVIDED FREE OF COST BY OTHERS:
1. Any scaffolding and lifting facilities required for the installation of equipment, machines, pipes, ducts etc.
2. Independent lockable covered storage area for materials and equipment brought to site.
3. Third party Insurance for our equipment and materials brought to against all risks whatsoever.
4. Loading and Unloading of all machines.
PAYMENT: To be agreed upon
VALIDITY:
Our offer is valid for 15 Days from the date of this offer and is subject to our written confirmation thereafter.
WARRANTY:
Our work is guaranteed for 12 Months maintenance & 5 years compressor from date of commissioning the works .

Cancellation: Once order has been confirmed and units are being manufactured,cancellation charges not less than 15%
will apply on the total value.
Warehouse Charges: Free storage for up to 15 days will be provided to the customer from the date of notification of material
availability. Thereafter, a weekly storage charge of 1% of order value per week will be applied until
shipment
Warranty: Standard Mitsubishi Electric Warranty. 1 year from the date of invoice for full system.5 years from the date
of invoice for factory installed compressors against any manufacturing defect, providing that all payment
being cleared.
Taxes: VAT is applicable as per local government directives.

Payment Terms: By Cheques in advance for each stage

Delivery: 1 Months from confirmed order

Validity : 7 Days only from the date of quotation
