 COMMERCIAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

PRICE TERMS : The Offered prices are valid for an undivided order and valid only for this BOQ
and for this Project.

DELIVERY TERMS: TO BE ADIVSED

POINT OF DELIVERY : TO BE COLLECTED

PAYMENT TERMS : CASH

SCOPE OF WORK : Our scope of work shall be limited to the supply of materials as per the
project BOQ

CANCELLATION : The following cancellation charges shall apply once the order is placed.
> 10% of the PO Value, one week the PO is placed.
> 50% of the PO Value, once the production is started.
> 80% of the PO Value, once the material in finishing process.
> 100% of the PO Value, once the material are ready for dispatch.

INSPECTION : In case of any third party inspection, the same shall be carried out at extra
cost.

MODIFICATION : Any Modification of order (Change in Size and/or quantity) shall be

accepted only within two weeks from the date of receipt of order, to the
maximum of 5% of intital quantities; after two weeks, the cancellation
clause will be applied.
FORCE MAJURE : We will not be liable for any failure to perform any action described in this
offer, if such failure results from any acts of God, riot, war, civil unrest, flood,
earthquake, tsunami or any other causes beyond our reasonable control.

LIQUIDATED Not Applicable

DAMAGES :

WARRANTY : 18 months from the date of supply of material or 12 months from the date of
Commissioning, whichever is earlier.

VALIDITY : 10 DAYS
