TIME FRAME OF PROPOSAL

This proposal is valid for 30 days from the date of submission. The rate agreement will be valid until Dec 31st 2020 and will be subject to review.

RATES AND DISCOUNTS

Rates offered are based on the traffic profile and volumes provided by the customer. If actual traffic volumes deviate from expected volumes, TNT
reserves the right to amend, modify or discontinue the rates with or without notice . Rates exclude duties, taxes and other surcharges that may apply.
The rates stated in this ratecard are subject to a yearly general rate increase.
