With reference to the above mentioned subject and references, we are pleased to
place this purchase order as per below details, scope of works, quality, prices, terms
and conditions in different locations at Al Khobar Area:

Note:
1. The above length is subject to variation of plus/minus (+) of fifteen percent
(15%) without any adjustment to the prices as shown above and the actual
executed quantity shall be counted for prices.
2. Above rates are valid for Normal soil up to 25 Mpa

BB. Payment Terms:

 A down payment of 30% to be paid before start of work

 For the balance of 70% to be paid through L/C at sight
 No retention is applicable

CC. Contract Documents:

1. Quotation of subcontractor Q-SSEM/2700Rev1/A/AMR/TECH-2019 dated on

28/11/2019.
2. Complete correspondence with the Sub-contractor.

DD. Compliance to Specifications:

All offered material and its installation have to be in full compliance to

SWCC/ARAMCO/M.O.T/Municipality relevant specifications.

EE. Execution Schedule:

Work execution to be mutually agreed against GACA approval of M/s. TCC

Company as SSEM Micro Tunneling Subcontractor and SSEM notice to proceed.
After signing this letter of award (P.O) a detailed schedule showing procedures
and method how M/s. TCC company Proposes to carry out the works under this
contract shall be submitted.

The duration of subject job/work are 25 days only for installation of casing pipe
for each location after confirmation of SWCC/ARAMCO/Municipality/MOT work
permit by SSEM to M/s. TCC company.

FF. Warranty:

 M/s. TCC company. Shall establish a warranty certificate guaranteeing and
warranting its work executed in respect of workmanship, against performance of
those valid for one year .

GG. Document Submittal:

Detail method of statement for micro-tunneling to be submitted within a week

time from the date of this purchase order for GACA review/approval.

HH. Inspection:

Work at site can be inspected at any time by SWCC/ARAMCO/MOT/

Municipality/Traffic Police representatives and their site instruction, if issued are
to be followed by M/s. TCC company.

II. Penalty:

PART I : Against TCC

Delay in completion of work shall be penalized by one percent (1%) per week up
to maximum of ten percent (10%) of order value.

In case if M/s. TCC company. Fails to execute the work or part of it then SSEM has
full right to complete the work by another sub-contractor at its option and charge
all cost to M/s. TCC company account.

PART II : Against SSEM

Delays will apply once mobilization is completed on site and delay to start work or
stopped during operation caused due to
- Non availability of clearance & work permits from relevant authorities
- Failing to fulfill any of work requirements as per the agreement leading to impact
& Affect the work Progress
- Found underground facilities which was not declared or mentioned on permits
- If the welding process exceed 24 hours – based on 24 working hours per day

1. Delays rate will be for Tunneling crews & equipment shall be SR. 1,500/- per hr
based on 12 working hours per day

JJ. Handing Over:

Handing over of this work to the SWCC/ARAMCO/Municipality/MOT/ other parties

will be joint responsibility of both parties. As per scope of work for each part
SSEM & TCC

 1. To provide all relevant work permits, land use permits and means of
access to site.
2. Crossing Designs “Engineering Works”
3. All relevant security passes / clearances as required.
4. Identification of all existing buried / underground utilities and services and
provision of all available third party drawings and survey, level and
drawings.
5. Geotechnical Report
6. Work procedure/method of statement (submit & approval).
7. Provision of Traffic Management.
8. Excavation and Preparation of all lunch / reception pits as per site
requirement.
9. Safety & Concrete barrier with barricade tape.
10. Provision of any shoring & dewatering.
11. Surveying Works, level setting & centerline marking, etc.
12. Provision of concrete for base-slab & behind Back-Plate.
13. Supply and welding of casing pipe.
14. Supply and welding of carrier pipe.
15. Supply & fixed of spacers as required.
16. Provision sweet water for drilling activity.
17. Removal and disposal of drilling slurry.

LL. Responsibility of M/s. TCC Company at Project Site EICF (Different

Locations):
1. Working procedures and method of statement for TCC scope only
2. Mobilization & De-mobilization
3. Provision of Micro-Tunneling machine with fully trained operation crew.
4. Supervision of drilling operation.
5. Mobilization to site and demobilization.
6. Supply of Bentonite
7. Generators as required for TCC scope only
8. Accommodation facilities for TCC employees.
9. Transportation for All M/S TCC Equipment from site to another site.
10. Other scope of work items as per Quotation of subcontractor Q-
SSEM/2700Rev1/A/AMR/TECH-2019 dated on 28/11/2019.

MM. SWCC Approval of Sub-contractor:

Validity of this order is subject to SWCC/ARAMCO/MOT/ Municipality approval of

M/s. TCC company as SSEM MT Sub-contractor for this particular project.
The final approval of this P.O will be subject to the approval of SWCC for the
document submitted under clause GG in this P.O.
