Division No-3/Gopalapuram in Polavaram section of JRGudem division in Eluru
Circle -Permission to take up the works on turnkey basis - Accorded - Reg.

This is reference to the letter under 1st cited, where in it was requested to accord
permission to take up the connected works on turnkey basis.

After careful examination of your request, permission is hereby accorded to

execute the following connected works sanctioned under 2nd cited on turnkey basis under
departmental supervision.

i. Erection of lno. 33/llKV substation with 2x5MVA Power transformers and 4 no.
New llkv feeders with 2mvar capacitor bank duly utilizing existing 2x5MVA
Power transformers of 33/llKV Devaragondi SS.
ii. Erection of 300Mts 33KV line with 12.5 mtrs spun Poles with l00Sq.mm AAA
conductor.
iii. Erection of lNo DP structures with 12.5 Mts Spun poles along with 33KV AB
switch.
iv. Labour charges for dismantling of existing 33KV line.
v. Devolution of less credit materials.

The connected works may be executed subject to the following conditions.

(a)You have to pay an amount of Rs. 29,01,329/- (i.e.,10% of gross estimate

cost towards supervision charges + 3% of gross estimate cost towards spares +
18% of Supervision charges towards GST + 1 % towards labour cess) in favour
of Executive Engineer/ Operation/JRGudem in the shape of Demand
Draft/Bankers Cheque drawn in any Nationalized bank for taking up the work
under turnkey.
(b)The works should be executed by a licensed electrical contractor as per
standards of APEPDCL under supervision of APEPDCL officials.
(c)The material used in the works should confirm to APEPDCL/APTRANSCO
specifications.
(d)Major material like supports, conductor, structural steel, equipment etc. should
be purchased from the approved vendors registered with the APEPDCL/
APTRANSCO. Original warranty card to be handed over to ADE /Operation.
(e)The major material like Conductor, supports and equipment should be got
inspected and certified by concerned Divisional Engineer/Operation at the
manufacturers works.
(f) If any unforeseen calamities/accidents occur during the execution of the above
work, the APEPDCL shall not be held responsible for such incidents and
consequential losses or damages.

11402448/2022 (g)The prospective consumer shall handover all the works .executed by him to
concerned ADE/Operation after completlen in full shape. The dismantling
materials if any shall be handed over to ADE / Operation.
{h) The works execut-ed by the consumer shall be taken over by concerned
ADE / Operation only if they confirm to APEPDCL specifications after statutory
inspection by concerned DE/Operation. The defects if any polnted out during
statutory inspection shall be rectified by the contractor at his cost and then only
will be taken over.
(i) The installations shall be deemed to be the property of APtPDCL after such take
over.
(j) The purchase bills for materials should be furntshed to the concerned
DE/Operation for inspections by the higher authorities at a later date or may be
r.equired to be produced to Audit.
(k)As per Clause 4.2 of APERC Requlatlon No.7 of 2004, you have to complete the
said service line works within 60 days from the date of payment of required
charges mentioned in the condition {a) of the above .. Failure to comply the
same will attract UCM Charges as per Clause S.9.2.1 of GTCS·treating deemed
completion of works by the applicant.
(I) It is mandatory that DTRs procured upto 2S00KVA at l1KV,22KV &33KV voltage
class should be BIS Standard mark as per IS1180(Part1)2014.
(m) All the materials procured by the contractor must be purchased from APEPDCL
registered vendors only.

Executive Engineer/Operation/ JRGudem for further details reqardinq subject matter.
