1. Contractor has proposed DX units ducted and decorative type from the M/s Mitsubishi-Thailand, is
acceptable in principle as manufacturer, subject to comply with following comments,
2. Contractor to ensure the air flow rates are shown on selection shall be validated based on floor plan.
3. The DX unit for dual purpose in case of Chilled water units fails whereas shown in design drawings if any,
the units switching interfaces and operational shall be addressed.
4. Confirm the condensing unit fans with variable speed to maintain the compressor head pressure, as
specified, highlight the features on manufacturer technical literature attached in submittal.
5. The condensing unit shall be selected with horizontal or vertical discharge based on allocated with specified
locations with allowances of installation and maintenance access as recommended by the manufacturer.
The unit arrangements, indoor and outdoor, refrigerant pipework shall be verified by the supplier and
stamped on drawings submitted in due course.
6. Outdoor unit casing material and coil coatings shall be suitable for hot, humid and saline environment,
submit test certificates to substantiate.
7. Contractor to verify that the proposed ESPs are calculated based on the routing / size of ducts as per
approved coordinated shop drawings. Submit ESP calculation part of technical submittal for review.
8. Contractor shall validate the energy performance compliance to issued Sustainability report as per local
Authority approval, establish the sustainability check list along with submittal.
9. Country of origin, bill of lading, packing list and factory performance test reports shall be submitted for
Equipment’s along with material delivery at site. Demonstrate the shipment tracking upon delivery.
