As per power delegated vide GO-l Section-i {Works) Clause E-(U} (Circular No 23 Dated 04.08.2006), above
estimate is technically sanctioned vide Sanction No. SE/BLD/T/Shifting/2018-19/ DDF-NR (1.3% sup)/|5

Estimate sanction is subject to following Terms & condition:

1. The applicant has topay as per DPR cost and any additional higher quote by MSEDCL contractor
cost if it
against material
requests MSEDCL to execute the work. Else only supervision charges is applicable.
2.The work will commence only after payment of above
Charges plus tax as applicable and other formalities (Payment
of SC/SD,
Pending Energy Bill f any,
Execution of Agreement, GTP approval etc.). The differential amount if any due
3. The Estimate is prepared & sanctioned as per cost data 2018-19 under DDF-NR (1.3% Sup) scheme.
4. The validity of this technical sanction is 6 months or till changes in cost data whichever occurs
5. The work shall be carried out earlier.

7. The work should be carried out during the load shedding
