Security Money for due and faithful fulfillment of the
contract, and the balance Security Money will be
recovered from the progressive bills @ 6 % of the bill

clause 16.(1) of General Condition of Contract 2020.

You are requested to submit Performance Guarantee in

the form as given in Clause 16.(4) of General Condition of
Contract 2020 equivalent to 3 % of the contract value
amounting to Rs. 255408.65 (Rupees Two Lakh Fifty-Five
Thousand Four Hundréd And Eight Rupees And Sixty-
Five Paise Only) within 21 days from the date of issue of
Letter of Acceptance, valid up to stipulated date of

Railways is Rs. 2,55,410- in the name of Sr. Divisional
Finance Manager, Central Railway, Solapur.

The entire work shall be completed within 6month

Offer: Your offer is 9.90% above the Railway Estimated

cost of Rs. 77,46,698.49 i.e. Rs. 85,13,621.64.

Taxes and duties: The offer is inclusive of all taxes &

duties. Hence, no taxes and duties will be paid extra.

Maintenance/ Guarantee period: The Guarantee period of

the work shall be 12 months and shall be reckoned from
the date of commissioning / taking over the installations
duly tested by the Railways.

Agreement: You will have to enter in to Contract

Agreement with Railways on standard form within 15
days. Necessary legal formalities have to be completed by
you prior to execution of Agreement.

Supervisor: Sr. Section Engineer (TRD, Central Railway,

Sulgare will be the in-charge supervisor for this work and
he should carry out recording of measurements in M.B.
