The Competent Authority has accepted your offered rates in connection with the subject work. The
total cost of the work at the accepted rates works out to Rs. 6829437.72 (Rupees Sixty-Eight Lakh
Twenty-Nine Thousand Four Hundred And Thirty-Seven Rupees And Seventy-Two Paise Only)

A sum of Rs.132200 deposited as Earnest Money vide IREPS reference ID PE660514534583 has been
retained towards initial Security Money for due and faithful fulfillment of the contract, and the balance
Security Money will be recovered from the progressive bills @ 6 % of the bill amount till it reaches 5 % of
the contract value in terms of clause 16(1) of GCC July 2020.

You are requested to submit Performance Guarantee in the form as given in Clause 16(4) of GCC July
2020 equivalent to 3 % of the contract value amounting to Rs. 204883.13 (Rupees Two Lakh Four
Thousand Eight Hundred And Eighty-Three Rupees And Thirteen Paise Only) within 21 days from the
date of issue of Letter of Acceptance, valid up to stipulated date of completion plus 60 days so that
contract agreement can be executed. However, a penal interest of 12% per annum shall be charged for the
delay beyond 21(Twenty one) days, i.e. from 22nd day after the date of issue of LOA. Further, if the 60th
day happens to be a declared holiday in the concerned office of the Railway, submission of PG can be
accepted on the next working day.

The entire work shall be completed within 4 month from the date of issue of Letter of Acceptance.

Condition 1 : The overall cost of this work is below by more than 10.00% hence the rates of all items of
this work may not be used for future estimation & comparison in isolation till completion of this work.

should be utilized as maximum as possible and should not be reduced without prior approval of tender
accepting authority.

All Other terms and conditions, as stipulated in the tender documents shall be applicable.

the cost of pipe which will be paid seperately. ( Nothing extra will be
paid on this account what so ever the case may be ).

NS-4) P & F pipe line indicator boards (retro reflective type) including
making foundation complete in all respects as directed by Engineer

NS-7) Providing lighting arrangement during night block to be availed

between 20.00 Hrs. (night) to 6.00 Hrs (morning) in the section of
ADEN / CONCERNED on hiring basis with contractor's generator of
minimum 5KVA capacity 6 halogen lamps of 500 watt operation and
7 7 maintenance of generator set & Halogen lamps with his own labour, Hour 50 496.80 24840.00
T&P, transportation etc. The payment will be done for only that day
when PWI/Incharge or IOW/Incharge actually require & put up his
requirement. Stand by arrangement has to be ensured by agency for
any possible failure as block may be burst on this account only.
