PRICES: Prices offered by us are Ex-our Works Bilaspur basis.

VALIDITY: Our offer shall remain valid for 30 days from the date of our offer.

PAYMENT: Through SIDBI within 15 days or direct within 30 days positively from the date of dispatch.

DELIVERY: We will supply within 12 weeks from the date of receipt of your clear order along with 02 sets of
manufacturing drawing.

EXCISE DUTY: Will be charged as applicable at the time of removal / dispatch against documentary evidence.
(Presently the Normal Rate of Duty is @ 8.24% ad-valorem)

SALEX TAX: At present C.S.T. @ 2% will be charged against issue of suitable ‘C’ Form or as would be charged
extra as applicable at the time of despatch of materials.

TEST CERTIFICATES: Materials & Chemical Composition Certificates shall be provided along with supply.

INSPECTION: Initial Inspection by us at our end and final Inspection by your inspector at our works.
