8 Delivery 8-10 weeks from the date of receipt of approved drawings
9 Payment Terms 40% advance along with PO and balance along with full taxes and
duties against Performa Invoice, after inspection and approval of
dispatch at our works but prior to dispatch. All bank charges will be to
your account
10 Dispatch To Self-Destination through any bank approved transporter on freight-to-
pay basis.
11 Installation & Prices are for supply only, supervision of installation and commissioning
Commissioning can however be provided at an extra cost if required.
12 Guarantee/Warranty The items offered are covered under our standard warranty terms for
free after sales services for a period of 18 months from the date of
dispatch or 12 months from date of commissioning whichever is earlier.
13 Order Amendments Any change in specifications & other terms shall attract prices &delivery
including statutory variations.
