Just one APP to associate the devices easily and to control and
customise the functions of the MyHOME_Up home-automation system.

MyHOME_Up is the new Smart home-automation solution

which eliminates the concept of configuration and allows
each installer to make the best home-automation systems
with a few simple start-up operations.

 The MyHOME_Up logic is simple: use of a consolidated
BUS technology to wire the devices and MyHOME_Up,
the innovative App for Android and iOS smartphones and
tablets designed for the installer and his customers.
Using simple and intuitive menus the App allows:
the installer, thanks to a self-learning procedure,
to easily associate the devices together when
starting up the system;
the user to manage his home home-automation
wherever he is.

Assigning the functions to the various devices is

quick and intuitive, within everyone's reach.
It is performed in a few steps.

Start the App which

For the installation of the MyHOME_Up system

The functions which can be obtained and
managed by the MyHOME_Up application are
described below.
The main rules for system design and
installation are also given; for more information
consult the document “MyHOME – Guide

Features of the
MyHOME_Up wiring
The MyHOME_Up home-automation system uses BUS As can be seen from the diagram given below, the power

Making the wiring

The wiring distribution can be made with:

Free structure
Star structure
The selection must be made in relation
to the installation needs, the functions
required, wall limitations, refurbishments or
new buildings.

Wiring with free structure

This wiring is usually used in traditional distributions.
If the building already has energy system conductors
with suitable diameter they can be used to insert
the BUS pair because it has an isolation voltage of
300/500 V.
These indications also apply to the installation of the
junction boxes which must be arranged in suitable
number and positions to the “in parallel” connection
of the various stretches of pair.

Wiring with “star” structure

This wiring should be used when the system will be
integrated with the data transmission, video door
entry, CCTV, sound, telephony and TV/SAT systems in
a single conductor.
The wiring structure is made up of a central point
called the “star centre” made with a switchboard
or an electrical board in which all the peripheral
branches of the various wirings converge.
The conductors must be installed providing junction
boxes every 10 metres for the pulling of the wires.

Max. distances - system expansion
Lighting and Automation systems with BUS wiring more
than 500 metres long with current absorption values
greater than 1200 mA must be subdivided into several
stretches, each with its own power supply and connected
using interface item F422 in “non-configured” mode.
The interface will be configured by the MyHOME_Up App
and the MyHOMEServer1 device connected to the IN
terminal of the first interface.
The system can be extended using up to 4 interfaces
item F422.

Integration with other systems
Use interfaces item F422 with “galvanic separation –
position MOD = 0” mode to integrate the Lighting and
Automation system with the Video door entry system.
Use interface item F422 configuring position MOD = 4
for integration with the Wire burglar-alarm system on
MyHome BUS. The address must be defined in position I4
of the two interfaces.
Connect MyHOMEServer1 to the integrated system for the
definition of the functions only after the interfaces have
been configured.
The system is integrated with the Temperature Control
and Consumption Display system without using interfaces
because all the devices share the same BUS.

The scenario is the simultaneous activation of several
devices to set up the room on the basis of the user's
lifestyle.
The MyHOME_Up application allows both the creation
of the scenario and its activation; this can be done
manually by the user or automatically on the basis
of particular conditions which can be set on the
smartphone such as:

REMOTE CONTROL
As well as the local control of the MyHOME_Up system,
using connection to the home Wi-Fi network, the home-
automation functions can also be controlled remotely using
the same MyHOME_App.
In this case the connection with the system to be
managed is using Internet through a Cloud platform
to save and manage the access credentials (username
and password) in complete safety.

Use of this solution does not require:

the modification of the home modem/router
parameters;
A subscription to particular ADSL subscriptions or
