TERMS & CONDITIONS:-
A) Price:- Prices quoted are ex-works prices in INR.

B) Installation:- Cost is not included in the door prices, it is separately mentioned in the offer, if customer want installation by HERMED .

C) Packing:- Standard packaging included in the door price. For special/wooden crate packaging also available over and above Standard
Packaging, at extra charges. It is an extra layer of protection above Standard Packaging.

D) GST:- Payable extra, 18% will be charged on quoted price.

E) Transportation:- Not included in the quoted price, it is in customer’s scope.
F) Insurance:- Insurance charges extra @ 2% of invoice value, if requested (On customer’s behalf).
G) Payment Terms:-
1. For Standard Door: - 50% advance along with PO and balance 50% three (3) days prior to dispatch.
2. Banking Charges: - All banking & legalization charges to customer’s account.
3. For Installation: - 50% advance and balance 50% on installation.
H) Delivery Period:-
I) For Standard Door: - 02 to 03 Weeks working days from the date of receipt of order, advance & approval of general arrangement (GA)
drawings.

II) For Customized/Special Door: - 04-05 weeks from the date of receipt of order, advance & approval of general arrangement (GA) drawings.

Hermed will inform customer, well in advance if any delay which may be due to valid / unavoidable reasons and customer will accept it.

I) Warranty:- 12 Months from the date of invoice, only against any manufacturing defects. Damage during transportation / on site will not be
covered under warranty.
J) Unloading & Storage: - In customer’s scope.

K) Validity:- The quote is valid for 30 days from its date. A fresh and revised quotation shall be asked for any variation/changes.

L) Limitations:- Once the supplies are out for delivery, our responsibilities ceases. Hermed will not be responsible for any shortage, damage or
loss of goods.

M) Order Cancellation:- Order once placed will not be cancelled at any stage. If so, then full advance amount will be forfeited.
N) Procedures:- Before our engineers visit the site for installation, the customer shall:
1) Arrange for heavy tools, machinery, electricity and any other immovable utility which might be used during installation of door. The regular
tools for installation of the door/s will be carried by our engineers.
2) Place the material on site.
3) Be responsible for safe custody and handling of the material.
4) Provide healthy, comfortable and safe working environment to installation engineers.
5) Take care of any 3rd party interference at the site, which in terms can interrupt the installation procedures.

O) Idle Charges:- In the case of site delay form client side, when installation team has to sit idle will be charged @ Rs. 2500/- day.

P) Order once ready will be picked by customer on time (as per agreed terms). Any further delay will be charged 2% of the total invoice value, as
demurrage / week.
Q) Any jurisdiction will be to Ghaziabad court
