DELIVER LEAD TIME:

30 – 45 days upon approval & receipt of down payment.
WARRANTY:
2 year on parts and service.

WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS:
1. Damages caused by intentional harm to the LED screen or gross negligence by the
user/client and their personnel or other parties not connected to Adcon Advertising Corp.
2. Damage to the screen caused by unstable power source and constant power interruptions.
3. Damage/defects caused by force majeure, such as fire, floods, earthquake, typhoon.

TERMS & CONDITIONS:

1. For LED displays outside Metro Manila. Transportation, lodging & accommodation
expenses incurred in the process of servicing LED screens under warranty, shall be charged to the client.
2. Courier cost when shipping defective parts for service shall be at the expense of the client.
3. Ownership of LED screen shall remain under Adcon Advertising until receipt of full payment from client.
4. Client agrees that Adcon Advertising Corp. has the right to re-possess/pull-out the installed LED screen if payment
has not been made upon demand on the agreed payment schedule.
SOFTWARE WARRANTY:
All SOFTWARES upon project acceptance/sign-off will have 3 months warranty on fixing the
bugs and errors only. The following are not included in the limited warranty:
A. Software new updates, enhancements and revisions.
B. Incorrect operation and software viruses and related hardware breakdown is not covered by any warranty.
C. Supplier is not responsible for any data loss. It is the customer’s prime responsibility
to ensure the integrity and back-up their data.
D. Related hardware breakdown such as hard disk crash, defective computer parts, power shortages and fluctuations.
E. Service done by unauthorized technicians & engineers performed by persons other than authorized Adcon
Advertising Corp. personnel.
F. Damage/defects caused by accidental fall, spillage, operating the unit out of specifications, misuse, abuse, power
fluctuations, plugging into wrong voltage and failure to provide an adequate operating environment.
